Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets forth the principles that
govern the use by customers of this website, products and
services provided by Private Navigator. This AUP is designed
to help protect our customers, and the Internet community,
from irresponsible, abusive or illegal activities.

AUP identifies the actions
that Private Navigator considers to be Prohibited Actions
(meaning those actions which can create harm to any users of
this site).

provided by this site. Private Navigator will not allow for
any spamming or mail bombing. Spamming is the unsolicited and
unauthorized sending of e-mails to businesses and individuals who do
not know the sender personally, who have not agreed to receive such
messages, AND who are not provided a way to cancel such messages.
Posting Usenet/News Group messages in this manner is also considered
spamming. Private Navigator Co. is strictly opposed to the
sending of unsolicited mass e-mails of any kind, whether Usenet or
any other e-mail form. Be aware that you are SOLELY responsible for
the messages you send.

actions Private Navigator deem forbidden and reserves the
right to prosecute offenders.
